This morning’s conversation was about the November 2023 elimination of the Cincinnati Police Department’s District 5 and the reshuffling of the other 4 Districts. We also discussed the “analysis” of a PowerPoint presentation about the “Changes in Response Times,” which I had requested via a public records request on 8.14.25. The presentation was dated August 18,2025. In other words, it had not been publicly issues. The data was stale and the evaluation of the “redistricting” was insufficient.
